In 1:76th scale to match the Airfix RAF Emergency Set kit – this is a super-detailed set in etched brass and cast metal to convert the Austin K6 included in the RAF Emergency Set.
A super-detailed set in etched brass and cast metal to convert the Austin K6 in the Airfix RAF Emergency Set. It includes a signals container body with aerial masts & rear steps. New wheels, axles, springs, fuel tanks, steps and other chassis fittings are included plus many other details such as cab and bonnet details and a finely-etched radiator fascia. Transforms the Airfix kit into a model with more detail than most 35th scale kits.
These would mainly have been painted in RAF Blue/Grey livery but possibly also in other schemes such as olive green. Some would have had the front wings etc. edged in white for visibility in blackout conditions.
