These sets are a ‘spin-off’ from our own wagon kits and are ideal for use with non-MMP BR 16 Ton Mineral Wagons kits – provided you first sand the rear flat and that you modify the axleboxes to include only running box part outside of the horn block. They feature fully detailed two layer ‘W’ irons with horn blocks that include the central leaf spring pocket – to take the individual phosphor bronze leaf springs. These packs also come with etched spacers that enable either Slaters FS or S7 wheels to be used on any wagon these sets are being fitted to.
